You will be in the heart of Nice's city life. The apartment benefits from an exceptional terrace of 50m ² with a clear view on the city and the mountains. It also has two balconies on the courtyard side.

It includes two single beds with 22 cm thick mattresses of high quality. The two beds can be configured as a KING SIZE BED.

It has a dining table and its 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers and a summer lounge with two garden chairs and a coffee table.
