Summary: Poor start at reception when my reservation could not be found for some minutes. This is the first time in using hotels.com app this has ever happened ever, so I believe it was the reception staff not hotels.com. Also there was an attempt to charge us for coffees at breakfast - as breakfast includes coffee only from a machine placed nowhere near the buffet - which we should know as they never have to tell anybody. So after being accused of being disrespectful of staff and rude it spoilt an otherwise great stay.
