The newly renovated apartment, located next to the Pantheon, is located on The apartmen is at the 2nd floor of a 17th century building with lift and concierge, very quiet as it overlooks an internal courtyard: ideal for sleeping late.
The apartment, very spacious (97m2), is on 2 floors and inside there is a wooden staircase.
The apartment is equipped with superior quality linen and courtesy kit, and, upon request, where possible, the needs of guests are met to ensure the best comfort.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
1) a double living room with corner sofa, dining table and study corner with desk (55" smart TV, Alexa and WiFi); there are 2 windows;
2) a separate kitchen with a window; in the eat-in kitchen, equipped with new appliances, you will find a breakfast table with stools and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
3)a bathroom with window, equipped with toilet, bidet and sink;
ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
1) double bedroom with King size bed1 (200 x 180) divisible into two single beds on request; in this bedroom there is also a safe with an electronic device with a personalized code. There is a window.
2) separate walk-in closet;
3) a second bedroom with a single bed (200x90) and armchaire bed (190x80) and with a window;
4) a bathroom with a new (built February 2024) walking shower and with window .
Access to the bedrooms is with an internal step.
Children are welcome guests: one child up to 3 years old in parents' bed stays for free; upon request it is possible to add a cot with changing table for baby or small bed for children (3 years old) for 20 euros a day (including sheets and towels and wet wipes).

The apartment is located in the historic centre, on the Pantheon side, in a limited traffic area, not accessible to private cars during sometimes.
