Clearwater Lofts is a new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use. Guests of this vacation rental will also have access to the East Lake Clubhouse, offering a in-door pool, hot tub and sauna.
Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, pantry, and an oversized refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony; this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker+coffee. The dining area seats six and there is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar.
The living area offers gorgeous mountain views through the surrounding windows, comfortable furniture, and a Smart TV. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace to watch the snow fall or enjoy one of the provided family board games. Behind the living room, guests will find the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed. A guest bathroom is also located off the living area with a shower/tub combo. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
Going back past the dining area and entryway, guests will find one of two master suites. The first master suite features a king-sized bed, large window, and an en suite bathroom. The window offers mountain views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity with quartz countertops, and a walk-in shower with beautiful tiling.
The second master suite, located next to the dining area features a comfortable, modern king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom features quartz countertops, and a shower/tub combination. This vacation rental also offers a private washer and dryer for guest use. For your convenience, an initial supply of laundry detergent is provided.
Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.
