Master bedroom has queen bed, guestroom has a full bed and the separate office with pocket door has a daybed (single). The bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench. Off of the bathroom is the utility room with a washer and dryer. Central air in the cottage. Located on 10th ave close to the beach as well as main street. Big outside patio area with seating. This is a back cottage. The front house is owner occupied. You cannot use the driveway as this is street parking only.
