We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the "Add guests" tab in the search bar. 2 pets maximum, dogs only please.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

Summary: We booked the Song Lake house for a four day period at the beginning of August and from start to finish, our expectations were met or exceeded on every point that's important for us. The house isn't particularly eye-catching from the outside (who cares anyway?) but the interior is gorgeous. We were a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. The beds are really comfortable, the master bedroom is spectacular, all the bathrooms are fresh and stylish, (no line-ups for the bathrooms as there are more than enough), the kitchen, dining area, lounge and games room seem almost too nice for a rental property and the views over the lake are stunning. The yard is right on the lake and if you're into fishing, you can catch all you want from the dock and the lake is great for swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. The surrounding area has some nice spots to visit and if you're looking for a restaurant, I highly recommend Huega's Alpine, just 5 mins up the road. We'll be back !
