This captivating, two-story home has been recently remodeled (2022) and is the perfect getaway for families and groups alike. This space is tidy, well-decorated, and designed to offer nothing but comfort. This home is settled in the middle of the Ponderosa Trails neighborhood, located only two and a half miles from the Flagstaff Airport, one and a half miles to the I-17 and I-40, and offers several close parks, fields, and access to the FUTS trail that spans all of Flagstaff.
There is plenty to enjoy at Big Sky. The large patio is enclosed for added privacy - it features an outdoor dining table with an umbrella, a firepit, a couple of rocking chairs, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. Inside, the light-flooded open layout is ideal to create everlasting memories with loved ones. Enjoy a family movie night in the spacious family room with a gas fireplace and a smart TV with streaming services and cable.
