This is a true mountainside escape with INCREDIBLE VIEWS of The Peaks and no neighbors behind. Your stay is only 10 minutes from all the restaurants and attractions of downtown Flagstaff, and just a short 2 hour drive from Phoenix! The cabin works perfectly as a home base for sightseeing at the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock, and more!
Sunshine and light abound in this custom-built 2,333sq ft cabin, located in Kachina Village. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and boasts soaring ceilings. The large open deck off of the kitchen is perfect for cooking, grilling, and entertaining! There are hardwood floors, custom rustic wood countertops with custom fully-stocked cabinets, a breakfast bar, dining nook, and a cozy living room with gas fireplace (fireplace works intermittently, inquire to owner). Laundry room includes washer, dryer and ironing board. The air conditioning will keep you cool all summer!
There are three bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full en suite bathroom! The primary bedroom is large and spacious with its own private deck for you to enjoy Flagstaff’s gorgeous weather. The primary bath has a separate shower, large jetted tub with spectacular wraparound views, dual sinks and a walk-in closet. The second "in-law" bedroom joins to the exterior staircase for its own private entrance! All 3 upstairs bedrooms include their own smart flatscreen tv with Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video etc and the primary bedroom also includes a Blu-Ray/DVD player & DVD collection. Fast Wi-Fi is included. The 4th (triple-bunk) bedroom is downstairs, close to the 1/2 bath. There are only 2 small steps to enter the property at the front door.
Enjoy the game room complete with a beautiful full-sized pool table, table tennis, giant checkers, board games & playing cards! The Cabin has an attached 2 car garage. Fishing poles are included, and Lake Mary & Mormon Lake are nearby! Cornhole & giant jenga also keep your loved ones entertained, connecting, and enjoying being outside. The nearby park offers 2 playgrounds, ramadas with picnic tables, a floating bridge, basketball courts, and a baseball field. There is also a small pond with a floating bridge. We provide sports gear to help you make the most of your vacation!
The back deck includes a fire pit and lots of seating, a grill and a dining table for meals outdoors looking out on the pine view. This area is perfect for stargazing and for s’mores! It is fully fenced for the safety of you and your loved ones, and because we are in a cul-de-sac there is very little traffic. Exterior security cameras also help ensure your safety. People love to stay at our cabin because of the quiet and relaxing nature of our neighborhood where you can unwind with family & friends. This is our family’s cabin, it is more than just a rental property to us. We do not allow loud parties or events. Within 5 days of booking, a guest list with names and ages of all travelers are to be sent to Owner. Quiet hours are from 9pm-6am, thank you in advance for your commitment to keeping Kachina Village enjoyable for everyone!
