It is perfect for walking and cycling, in the fresh air, waterfalls and the look of the beautiful mountain landscapes between Itaipava and Teresópolis.
The house is an invitation for those who want to sleep well, relax and enjoy the good gastronomy of the Sierra, as well as go hiking or cycling, with various leisure options for children and young people. It features a grass volleyball court, tennis court, basketball hoop, pool room.
The beautiful pool has a trampoline that is very successful with the kids, but adults can enjoy even more the integrated barbecue, large steam room and shower, with rest room and massage bed, and toilet. The social space of the house is composed of a large living room with bar, games table and tv, and a central-type, copper-domed fireplace that is a highlight of winter evenings when outdoor temperatures often drop. to the range of 10 degrees. Rooms have electric heaters for colder nights. Even in winter the sunny days raise daytime temperatures to 25 degrees allowing the swimming pool or waterfall. In addition to these spaces we have the main dining room, the breakfast room, the toilet, and the pool room. The house also has a beautiful fresh and sunny airy downstairs porch with sofas and hammocks.
The house also has wifi, independent power generator (emergency), cable tv, stereo receiver with home theater and ambient sound in the room. Water heating is by electric boiler.
The 2-car garage is covered, or, optionally, cars can park in the open, and allow for the mounting of the ping-pong table and button football. In the open parking lot there is room to comfortably park 4 cars.
The staff are homemade, cook and maid. The caretaker is responsible for cleaning the pool and general maintenance, being also available to make purchases and other needs in the trade. The exceptional cook and oven cooker can prepare the most delicious meals and snacks according to the taste of the guests, to be arranged in advance. The maid provides all the daily storage support. Staff service is mandatory and costs $ 500 / day to be arranged directly with them at check-out (cook 200 / caretaker 150 / maid 150).
