Positive: Ms Ela - very friendly person. If you have stories, she'll be ready to listen. She has stories of her own too. The rest is just details... So homey atmosphere was the clue here.

Negative: I spent just one night there - hard to tell.... Maybe some soap in the bathroom would be great? I had my own.
