Two bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated on the Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge benefiting from a balcony with stunning harbour views. Located just opposite Hamworthy beach and park and only 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.
Lift and level access. Open plan Lounge / Dining area leading to a balcony with beautiful harbour views. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Master Bedroom with 5ft kingsize double bed and benefiting from ensuite bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with 4ft 6ins double bed. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, toilet and sink).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins) Extra visitor parking available - extra charges apply
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - Flatscreen TV with Freeview and Netflix. WIFI broadband facility.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
PLEASE NOTE โ Faรงade works are currently being undertaken to Puffin House, which lies across the road from Guillemot House. The works are being carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is possible that you will hear some noise and you may see workmen on the adjacent site. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of October 2025. Please contact us should you require further information.
