Welcome to our stunning vacation rental villa in Anguilla! Perched on top of a cliff 100 feet from the waterline on a 2 acre lot with spectacular unobstructed oceanfront views, our unique contemporary design villa offer a luxurious retreat and a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be struck by the open-concept layout and modern dรฉcor. The living room features comfortable brand new designer sofas, a flat-screen TV, and all around sliding glass doors that open onto the deck and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, making it easy to cook up delicious meals during your stay.
The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The other three bedrooms are equally spacious and stylish, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. One of the bedrooms is a newly renovated separate studio unit with its own kitchen, living area and bathroom.
Step outside to the patio and take a dip in the new natural green slate pool, soak in the heated jacuzzi, or relax on one of the comfortable loungers while enjoying the warm sunshine. The outdoor dining area is the perfect spot for open air meals, and the gas grill makes it easy to cook up a feast.
