The first level of this beautiful home features 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as a laundry and storage area. There is access to the oversized infinity edge ocean view pool, covered terrace, and lounge area with BBQ gas grill. The living area features plenty of seating, a 55" Smart TV, a beautiful teak dining table, and a gourmet kitchen with, granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar with seating for 4.
On the main level, you will find 2 Bedrooms, each with ocean view. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, a private full bathroom, Smart TV, and access to the terrace and pool area. The other main level bedroom has a King bed with a private full bathroom, smart TV, and access to the terrace and pool area. A custom teak floating staircase leads up to the second level of this home. The 3rd bedroom has ocean views, a Queen size bed, smart TV, a private bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The 4th bedroom (master bedroom) has a King bed, ocean views, a private full bathroom, and access to the private balcony. There is reliable high-speed fiber optic WiFi at the house, Digital cable, and AC throughout as well as a Washer and dryer for your use. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more!
