This 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom oceanfront corner unit condominium was completely remodeled top to bottom in January 2020. The ocean views are stunning and you’ll be so close to the water you’ll feel like you’re sitting in the sand even while comfortably watching the brand new 65” smart T.V. in the living area. All the interior walls on the lower level were removed to create a completely open floorplan, allowing stunning ocean views to permeate the entire lower level. Stare at the ocean from anywhere in the kitchen while you prepare food on the 8-foot island with beautiful quartz countertops all without missing a moment with your family. The extra windows afforded a corner unit provide tons of natural light. If you like to enjoy the ocean view up close with a warm ocean breeze, then relax on the large wrap around balcony found only on a corner unit.
Nothing has been left out when it comes to amenities: high-end stainless steel appliances including a brand-new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and wine fridge, with an electric stove and Keurig completing the fully equipped kitchen. New quartz countertops including a waterfall edge over the 8-foot long island were installed over all brand new top of the line Kraftmaid® cabinets to create an incredible wrap around kitchen. The lower level has all new flooring and the second level features brand-new carpeting throughout the two on-suite bedrooms. The master includes a king bed, full bath with granite countertops, newly tiled bath/shower combo, and dressing table. The second bedroom is complete with a queen bed, a single bed, and on-suite full bath including newly tiled walk-in shower with pebble stone floor and granite countertops. Both bedrooms provide plenty of closet and drawer space. This luxurious condo comfortably sleeps 2 couples, or a family of up to 5.
