Second bathroom can be accessed from the main living/kitchen area, as well as from the guest bedroom hallway. There is a limit of 2 pets only.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area sitting for 6, as well a spacious living area, with a queen size sofa sleeper and a big screen TV. Just exit the living room, and you can enjoy spectacular views from the upstairs patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Guests have full access to both Atlantic and Gulf from our 44 feet seawall.
The downstairs area is covered, and includes a dining table and grill, where you can cook your fresh catch. There is also covered parking for 2 cars. You can explore the beautiful bay area from the home using the 2 kayaks provided.
Enjoy a day out in the sun on one of the 4 lounge chairs or watch the unique sunset from the lower level concrete patio by the water, also have a glass of wine in our TIKI HUT and enjoy the view!
The neighborhood has a large community park with tennis courts, basketball, playground and a large field. It is also within walking distance to the world-famous Babyโs Coffee shop.
