Questo elegante appartamento, in un condominio esclusivo, dalla posizione unica e indimenticabile, a picco sul mare, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e riempirsi gli occhi di bellezza. Tutti da scoprire i dintorni di Santa Teresa, dove ci sono un’infinità di cose da vedere e da fare.
La residenza si trova nel centro di Santa Teresa ed è dotata di una grande piscina (aperta dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre) con acqua di mare (completamente rifatta nel 2022) con bagnino, per la vostra sicurezza, di una spiaggetta privata, di un grande giardino alberato e di un parcheggio interno, chiuso da un cancello elettrico. Il condominio dispone anche di due grandi terrazze con una vista unica ed irripetibile sul mare. La celebre spiaggia di Rena bianca è a cinque minuti a piedi, così come tutti i locali ed i negozi del centro ed anche il porto, con tutti i suoi servizi ed il ferry per la Corsica (1 ora di traversata). A distanza di pochi chilometri, ci sono tante altre magnifiche spiagge, nonché gli splendidi e sorprendenti paesaggi granitici tipici della Gallura.
L’appartamento è stato finito di rinnovare in maggio di quest'anno ed è possibile trovare tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno nel massimo confort.
La cucina, abitabile, è equipaggiata di frigo con congelatore, piastra di cottura elettrica, lavastoviglie, toaster, bollitore e forno a micro-onde, moka da 6 e da 3.
L’appartamento è dotato di ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, estintore, kit pronto soccorso, smart TV ed accesso ad Internet gratuito. L’appartamento è composto da due camere e può accogliere comodamente 4 persone, più 2, su un grande divano letto in soggiorno.
Nella camera principale, letto matrimoniale classico, mentre nella cameretta si trova un letto a castello.
In soggiorno, lo spazioso divano dove possono trovare posto 4 persone, si trasforma in un vero letto matrimoniale standard (160x190).
Bagno classico con doccia.
Per vostra comodità, la biancheria da letto e da bagno è fornita (con cambio settimanale).

Large seawater swimming pool (completely redone in 2022) with lifeguard, private beach, mediterranean garden and internal parking. Two big condominium terraces with breathtaking views of the sea. The famous Rena Bianca beach within walking distance, as well as all the bars and restaurants, the shops and the port with the ferry to Corsica (1 hour crossing). Within a few kilometers, many other wonderful beaches and amazing granite landscapes.
