Villa Bouganville, is an elegant villa covered in white stone and bordered by dry stone walls, situated on a hill in a panoramic position, a few kilometres from Santa Teresa di Gallura.
The property is embellished by a beautiful Mediterranean garden full of plants, flowers and fruit trees (olive, medlar, almond and prickly pear), is surrounded by Olive and palm trees and offers an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and the Nord Sardinia coastline.
The magnificent view is overlooking the National Protected Marine park of the Arcipelago della Maddalena, the Strait of Bonifacio and the Corsica and the intact typical Mediterranean hills.
The Villa have been designed by an Architect who final objective have been to preserve the typical Mediterranean and Sardinian style and culture, with this intent local stones and local Orosei marble have been utilized for the flooring of the Villa and the gorgeous external Stone shower.
Photographs and canvases enrich the villa's elegant style: in the bedroom, a photo depicts the beach of Capocabana in Brazil; in the adjoining room we can admire a painting by Chegal representing the Paris Opera; and in the room with the single beds, a mural in Valparaiso, Chile, is depicted. The villa's unique touch cannot be missed even inside the bathrooms, finished with mosaics by a Chinese artist.
Outside we find the 50sqm (5X10) infinity pool, surrounded by a wrought-iron railing with adjacent gazebo, both designed by the owner and made by an artist from Arzachena. A solarium equipped with deck chairs and an outdoor shower complete the garden.
