Positive: The location was perfect! Close to the beach but not on the beach so it was quiet near the house which has a beautiful private pool. The hot tub on the second level deck was wonderful and in a perfect spot, right outside 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen was beautiful with a nice wet bar and the dining room table was also very nice. Also, the Maintenance crew were wonderful with the issues we had.
Negative: The private pool has no coverage from the sun whatsoever. As a melanoma cancer survivor l was not able to sit by the pool due to no umbrellas or any type of protection from the sun. I would also recommend a second refrigerator, possibly near the wall between the half bath and the screened in room, across from the closet. We were 6 adults and 1 child, half of the house’s capacity, and we didn’t have enough refrigerator space. We had to buy ice and use several coolers. Several things were not working when we arrived. 1)The drains in the bathroom sink and tub of the main bedroom on the second floor were completely inoperable and wouldn’t drain due to being filled with a prior visitors hair. (They were both wiped clean, but the cleaning crew didn’t run the water in them or they would have seen both drains were completely clogged.) 2) The lights outside the bedrooms on the second floor near the hot tub weren’t working. 3) The BBQ grill was broken and too filthy to use. 4) The AC vent over the bed in the bedroom on the third floor was so dirty it was actually black with dust. (The maintenance man was able to clean it for us.) 5) The cleaning crew also only dusts where you would touch…for example the window sills. But if you went to open the window the tops where you unlock the window hadn’t been dusted in several weeks. Also there was so much dust and dog hair all over the wood on the floor by the hand rails on the complete staircase (from the inside first floor all the way up to the third floor) the maintenance man actually called for the cleaning crew to come back out to our property. The Vacasa Maintenance crew was absolutely wonderful! The gentleman named Dan who came out fixed everything for us!!! He was even able to fix the BBQ so we could use it. He gave us a long lighter (the electronic starter didn’t work), a wire grill cleaner plus a container of propane because ours was almost empty.
Summary: We had a wonderful vacation at the beautiful house with the best location to the beach and a private pool of our own and
