Remodel completed October 2022. Deluxe Floor Plan, Everything brand new, 2nd floor with fantastic water & garden views. Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Hot tub, covered picnic area, BBQ/grills, Tennis, Pickleball, B-ball & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples's Famous Beaches.
**We would like to inform you the HOT TUB is currently not working and we do not have an ETA when it will be working again.**
There's parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.
No smoking, no pets.
Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is the place you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you'll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there's on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Summary: This was the second time we have rented this unit in the Park Shore Resort. The unit was updated, very well appointed (including items like personal toiletries, kitchen soap, extra TP, etc), and spotless. Location is great--Publix grocery store across the street (NOTE-closed for remodeling winter 24-25), Starbucks and other food within walking distance, beach 15 minute walk or 5 minute car ride to public parking lot. We had some issues with spotty WiFi in the unit, but property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend this property.
