Positive: The home was fully furnished with everything you would have in your own home and was very clean and tidy. Generous two parking spots which was ideal as being two couples we arrived in individual vehicles.
Negative: For the accommodation there was nothing we didn't like it was great. However, BEWARE if you book a Pass The Keys property and believe what you pay for the accommodation shown on Booking.com is the final amount IT IS NOT. Seven days prior to arrival (and suspiciously outside the cancellation option) you will be sent an ID verification email from Superhog. This is an intrusive and complex procedure ending with two options for a security deposit, NEITHER ARE FULL REFUNDS. I spent six days and around 13 emails to Pass The Keys/Superhog in trying to get through this process - it was just hateful. Pass The Keys will tell you this process is covered in the 'Fine Print' - and it is, at the very, very, very end of the listing, however this is after the House Rules section (which says the deposit is fully refundable) and after the price displayed for the stay stating this is including all taxes and charges. I will be sending a letter of complaint to Booking.com as I believe this is misleading. If I could have had the option to cancel then I would have, which is a shame for the accommodation owners as there is absolutely nothing wrong with the accommodation, just someone else clicking the ticket for more money - shameful
Summary: Great accommodation but not happy about the additional 'hidden' charges made by Pass The Keys.
