Positive: Everything was gorgeous. It was so peaceful waking up to a stunning view of the mountains. Everything was clean and homely and we had everything we needed. The house was very warm and the bed was comfortable with plenty of sheets to stay warm. We enjoyed a relaxing evening in the hot tub too. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they checked in on us during our first day there to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. The location is close to the CBD while still be far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rotorua.
