Launched in July 2024, this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse is located on the ground level of a lovingly restored historic home built in 1900. Offering 850 sq. ft. of stylish, comfortable living space, itโs the perfect retreat situated in a very private cul-de-sac between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs.
