Quiet, spacious, elegant bi-level end unit townhome with three bedrooms, ground-level primary bedroom, loft area for additional seating, and two additional bedrooms on the second level. Beautiful granite countertop, formal dining room for eight w/ additional island seating, washer & dryer, cable, Wi-Fi, and stainless steel appliances. Lovely spacious screened-in porch overlooking the woods. You can see a family of deer walk through the yard at any time! There is a one-car garage with beach equipment for guest use, a gas grill, a private driveway for one car, and an overflow next door for additional vehicles. A workstation with an ethernet internet connection is available for all you working vacationers.
LOCATION: The convenient location, right off Coastal Highway (Route 1), puts guests in the epicenter of this east coast town, just minutes from Rehoboth Bay, Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, and tax-free Tanger Outlets. Downtown Rehoboth Beach is approx. Five miles away, historic Lewes Beach is approx. Seven miles and Dewey Beach is approx. 7 miles. Visit them easily from this central location. There are also many parks and bike trails to add to the list of amenities, and plenty of golf courses are available and open to the public! Enjoy a resort-style vacation without breaking the bank!
PARKING: A private driveway for one car and overflow are available in the community.
