Summary: This newly renovated two bedroom unit is conveniently located near UWW, Starin Park, and the Kettle Moraine! We are pet friendly! We are within walking distance to sports fields and UWW. We are local hosts and strive to provide a five star experience! If your group is larger than 4, we have two other units in the same building.
The space: Spend a relaxing and luxurious stay in this spacious two-bedroom unit! Enter in to the open-concept kitchen and enjoy the convenience of a breakfast bar with three barstools, as well as a wet-bar with coffees and teas from our Kurieg provided for your enjoyment. Enjoy lounging in the living room where you can relax on the cozy sectional sofa while you watch Spectrum TV or Netflix on the flatscreen TV. Both bedrooms have walk in closets, dressing vanities with lighted mirrors, and wall-mounted TVs with Netflix. The bathroom also is equipped with a heated lighted mirror, as well as a handheld shower head with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap included. Outside has a pet relief area, picnic tables, and free off-street parking.
Parking is located behind the building. We include two parking passes for your stay.
You have access to the main hallway, laundry room (coin/app operated), parking lot, and the unit. There is a side yard and pet relief area outside.

For a change of scenery, take a 35-minute drive to the beautiful waters of Lake Geneva or head 25-minutes south to Janesville for great shopping, and more. Transit options: With the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater just a short walk away, visiting friends or family who attend the University is the easy. Campus sporting events are a short walk away! Starin Park is a short drive (or 15 minute walk) away if you are attending Whitewater for sporting events. Bird scooters are available to use throughout town. Brown Cab is a local cab company, and Uber/Lyft has limited availability. There is more availability for Uber/Lyft from September-May, this is all depending on the amount of drivers in the area. - A maximum of 2 pets under 50 pounds are allowed to stay in the unit *if* previously approved by the host. Be sure to bring their own beds and toys. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged back to your reservation and/or by withholding your damage deposit.
- Guest must disclose to the host if they are bringing pets prior to check-in.
- Only the number of people accepted in the booking are allowed to stay at the unit. Guests are welcome to visit but not to stay overnight.
- Events are not allowed on the property. Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
- No smoking is allowed inside the building. Dispose any butts in the respective disposal containers by the entrances.
