The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home or right outside the house. A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence or in the premises. You can smoke outside the premises of the house.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.
If pets are brought onto the property without prior authorization, you will be fined $300 in addition to the $300 pet fee that we charge.
You will have access to the entire home and outdoor patio area. The outdoor patio is equipped with seating.. If traveling with kids or pets, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence.

Free parking is available for up to 3 cars on the driveway and 1 car on the street. No matter how many guests arrive and stay, we only permit 4 cars max per reservation, and we only let in the first 8 guests.
Also, the city fines us $500 if there are more than three cars in the driveway or more than one car on the street, so we add $200 for extra guests and $500 if there are more than three cars/trucks in the driveway.

+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the home which records to make sure the house is protected and we have only one Ring camera at the entrance of the house, patio area and another Ring camera at the driveway. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per house guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.
You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is not an enclosure around the pool. When traveling with children and/or using the pool, you assume all risk and liability.

Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART HD TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Amazon, and HBO! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords
KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a modern stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit Pearl Farmers Market or a grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.
If dining out, there are many excellent local restaurants in the area, or get take-out and enjoy it on the balcony under the stars or in the comfortable dining room area.
We provide a Keurig and 10 K cups, creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes, and tea bags.

The "main bedroom" is outfitted with a King size bed/Memory Foam Mattress, two bedside tables, bedside lamps, ceiling fan, and relaxing décor.

There's a washer and dryer just in front of the stairs that go upstairs to the bedroom. You are welcome to utilize the dryer sheets and detergent we offer!
You MUST receive prior approval for any pets or else we will charge 300$ fee if we notice it later.
We require a $300 deposit (Only for Vrbo/Booking), which is refundable if no damages are incurred.
FOR LONGER STAYS
For extended stays, two weeks or longer, our cleaners will come in and clean every 7-10 days to maintain the property's cleanliness. A $200 fee is required for the cleaning.
