I'm a professional chef and have lived in Paris & Brazil. I prepare a full meal every night, and have hosted travelers and ESL students since 2011.
As I'm welcoming strangers into my home, I only consider requests from guests who introduce themselves properly and have a profile picture.
To reserve the room, I require a 50% deposit, with the balance paid the day before arrival. Guests pay any transfer fees.
I try to keep my room booked, so I don't accept reservations more than a week or 2 in advance, and only open my calendar for 5 weeks. So the room may be available for longer than my calendar indicates--please ask!
My price does include self-serve breakfast and a full-course dinner every night, and I also offer an optional Bento lunch for an additional charge.
-Dinner is served when ready, between 7 & 8 pm. If you won't be home for dinner, please tell me the night before.
This site's pricing is confusing, because although my price includes breakfast and dinner, the description defaults to "Please note that only a light breakfast is included in the room rate. All other meals will incur an additional cost."
