Summary: We just arrived home in a rainy Holland. What a disappointment after such a lovely sunny and warm holiday in La Croix Valmer. We really enjoyed our stay in this fine house; very comfortable. It felt a little bit like home, because the owners give such a personal touch to the house. In a way you feel respected by the owners although we were visitors for only 1,5 week. Therefore is not a duty to treat the house with care. Is goes automatically. The owners - as well as the housekeeper - were very helpful. It is not necessary to speak German fluently, because the owners speak other languages (English and French) very well. All the equipment worked excellent. It was such a good thing that we could watch Dutch television with regard to the terrible attack on our Royal Family on April the 30e 2009. If you have a busy life and you want to relax, the house is an ideal spot to give you new energy. At home you can recall the remembrance of the endless view and horizon, the singing birds and…silence. Really great!
