An ode to streamlined modern design, the beautifully appointed living and dining area with ducted air-conditioning cascades effortlessly through to the entertaining pavilion with built-in bench seating. Created for seamless indoor/outdoor living, you can relax in the sleek, temperature-controlled interiors or enjoy the simple pleasure of alfresco dining with friends.Echoing the retro glamour of Palm Springs, the curved swimming pool rests amidst landscaped desert gardens, and offers plenty of space to soak up the sun and relax with cool drink, while children will delight in the whimsical cubby house with slide and captain’s wheel. Entertaining is a breeze in the large modern kitchen with butler’s pantry, Nespresso machine and impressive island bench, while a built-in drinks fridge and bar area is read-made for summer entertaining.
Four generous bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, 2 x Singles) with fans and AC offer plenty of space for everyone, including the luxuriously-appointed master suite with walk-in robe, stylish ensuite and a peaceful outlook over the pool. The family bathroom with standalone tub is perfect for rejuvenating after a day at the beach, while the large laundry offers everything you need for longer stays. Complete with wifi, Netflix and an assortment of books, boardgames and beach toys (there’s even some books and toys to keep the littlest guests entertained), this incredibly well-appointed oasis is the ideal holiday haven for discerning families.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring any personal toiletries.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area “Quiet time” from 10pm to 8 am.
