This house is located in a secluded area of South Gilbert/Queen Creek Arizona but yet only 1-2 miles away from services such as banks, gas stations, shopping and restaurants. The main house is approx 3000 ft.². The property is approximately 1 acre and is gated and enclosed. The views of the Santan mountain range from the front of the house are stunning!

Influence that feels like it is secluded yet is still only minutes away from all the services we have become accustomed to. The main house is a four bedroom and 2-1/2 bath home on two levels.
The owner of this home currently has another vacation rental property in Mesa that has done beautifully and has been very successful. On the main floor you have a seating area in the front room to the right when you walk in through the main entrance. There is also a beautiful dining table in that room that seats six. There is an attached kitchen area next to this seating/dining area and has another seating area on the other side of the kitchen that offers additional seating with a sectional, chairs and ottoman with a large screen TV. The kitchen is huge and spacious and fully stocked and also offers additional seating with another dining table in the kitchen. All updated counters and appliances with an open feel and views out the windows to the backyard with the basketball court and the gazebo.
A hallway will take you to a laundry room and spare bathroom. Then at the end to the hallway is the master bedroom and attached master bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and doors opening to the backyard. There is a fireplace in the master bedroom for an incredible ambiance. There is another large screen TV in the master bedroom if you want some privacy and quiet time.
Walking up the stairway to the second floor you have three additional bedrooms along with a spare full bathroom and a loft. Two of the additional spare bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, each with a full/twin setup for sleeping 6 in this room. This will bring the number of guests in the main house to 12. Once we finish the guesthouse it will bring the total number of guests up to 14. The loft area upstairs has a foosball table and two gaming chairs across from a large screen TV if anyone wants to set up their Xbox or PlayStation.
There is a covered patio outside the kitchen area with a comfortable sectional seating area to relax and enjoy the amazing silence and peacefulness in this secluded feeling area. There is a brick walkway from the patio going out to a large gazebo with another seating area with Adirondack chairs, a beautiful propane fire pit and a four burner propane gas grill. There is also a high end six person hot tub on the patio next to the gazebo.
There is a basketball court between the guest house and the main house with a single basket and plenty of area for kids to play.
The mountain views from the house are absolutely spectacular! You are literally so close to nature and yet only a couple miles away from civilization. This is the perfect rental for a family looking for privacy, corporate outings, family reunions or gatherings where you want to be on your own piece of property. (All events must be approved by us prior to booking please) Did you want to do a girls outing or a guys weekend together for golfing? Hiking? Fishing? Again perfect location! There is plenty of room for any of the guests bringing RVs or larger vehicles to park right on the property also. (Depending on the event there may be additional charges)
The entrance to the 202 freeway is only 8 miles and 15 minutes from your front door. This will put you anywhere you need to be in Arizona from heading to Scottsdale, Sky Harbor airport, Sedona, Flagstaff, ASU etc.
If you are looking for an absolutely spectacular location for a group outing, corporate gathering etc with beautiful views you will not find a better place! There is a workshop building behind the main house, but that is not included in the rental. (Please note there is an exterior camera mounted on the garage to monitor the outside of the front of the property)
