The house consist of a 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, cable TV, a large outdoor porch with a BBQ set and a beautiful garden with trees, were during the right season you can get fresh fruits. There is also a pool where you can relax and entertain yourself. The house can host a maximum of 5 persons and is located in the quiet neighborhood of La Quinta Villas located in Sta. Catharina at just walking distance from the Amazonia\L’Aldea Hotel & Steak House and less than 5 minute drive from the Ostrich Farm, The Aloe Vera Plantation, Serena's Art Factory and St. Joris Bay Kite-surfing. There is also 2 supermarkets within 5 to 10 minutes driving distance. In addition the house is just a 10 minutes’ drive away from the Jan Thiel Beach and the Mambo Beach Boulevard.
Finally the house is secured by an alarm system connected to security company and security cameras.
