Large 1 acre lot with a private dock not far from marinas in Tappahannock (Parker's) and Center Cross (Garrett's). Large rear deck and sun porch with beautiful views of the river, especially at sunrise. Outdoor fireplace, gas and charcoal grills, picnic table, outdoor swing near the beautiful magnolia tree are a few of the amenities. Bring your favorite fishing pole or use one of ours. Lots of fun things to do on the Rivah: boating, tubing, kayaking, fishing or just plain relaxing. This is a great place to bring the family for a week or just a long weekend.
