Enjoy the sounds of nature and the large yard with three ponds and natural landscaping. We are pet friendly; pet approval at time of reservation. We respectfully restrict smoking, and are close to downtown and the city bus. The University and football stadium are a little over a mile away, easily accessed via main streets.
The apartment is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one bath, with additional sleeping for two. A full kitchen offers cooking facilities, dishwasher, large double refrigerator and freezer.
