One unit is called 'Ray' and the other unit is named 'Ann'. Both Ray and Ann upper level houses 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the sea. downstairs is the kitchen, a half bathroom, and a dining and lounge area. A double French door opens onto a private veranda with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There are ceiling fans in every room and central air conditioning.
