Lo Verdièr is a recently completely renovated holiday home for four persons in the Dordogne two kilometres from picturesque medieval Belvès. It has a wonderful view on all sides. Ideal for lovers of quietness, nature, panoramic views and all Dordogne has to offer such as medieval towns and castle, prehistoric sites and canoeing on the river. At circa 500m distance there are two golf courts of 18 holes and a 5 minutes drive takes you to the river. The house is on a small dead end lane on the top of a hill, it has two terraces and an orchard (hence the name: the Occitan word for orchard). The holiday home is situated on a large terrain with on great distance the holiday home of the owner. There is plenty of privacy.
In the stylishly decorated home you will find a reception room annex dining room, with a wood burner, a modern audio set, TV and DVD-player. In the completely equipped kitchen there are amongst others a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator and a stove. Of course there is access to the internet via Wi-Fi.
