Within minutes of ALL activities and interests. Near Sugar MTN to ski & Banner Elk to dine. Trails, Zip Line, winery within minutes. Variety of restaurants, breweries, 3 area wineries, & live music close by. I love walking our neighborhood roads- the top of the MTN has an endless view. Unit is for 2 adults in Queen bedroom and 1 child 12 or older on a twin bed/couch pull-out.Absolutely NO PETS (enforced). Noise Ordinance is from 10 pm to 7 am - per Condo HOA which 7 Devils oversees. See Seven Devils town website for driving in inclement weather policies. We are a close community with surrounding guests. Should be tolerant of others & mindful of noise level.
