The villa is named after the ancient Greek name of Zadar, Idassa used as the Greek version of Liburnian settlement of what was afterward grew to be current town of Zadar. District Diklo is mentioned in the Roman period as a paradise destination for relaxation of rich rulers and wealthy landowners. Diklo represents a monument in which into an attractive tourist urban areas are discretely implemented country houses.
Luxurious residences of over two hundred square meters built back in 1895's, one of the most authentic illustration of tradition and proof of the past times in this region. Luxuriously restored in accordance with the preservation of historic and cultural resources. With its visual and the interior represents a perfect blend of authentic Mediterranean architecture and modern design interventions in the outer and inner space. House has been renovated from 2009-2013 year. The lengthy renovation process was aimed to properly preserve its original appearance. Materials used in its renovation, such as bricks and stones, are over 150 years old.

On the ground floor there is tavern, an inevitable place of every authentic Dalmatian house intended for socializing and entertainment in a pleasant atmosphere of beautiful surroundings with a barbecue. There is also a relaxation room with jacuzzi like a more modern form of relaxation. Within there is a bathroom with shower. Also, there is a courtyard tiled with old bricks, and complemented by green areas and plant cultures.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, where every detail is carefully selected and incorporated into Dalmatian atmosphere. Relaxation radiating interior, ideal for relaxing and enjoyable spending time, and to the last detail developed cuisine, which has been adapted to the modern times. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a shower.
