This is a unique rental, which combines the convenience of vacation rentals with event spaces to enjoy.
Like a hotel suite but with a large yard, you will have plentiful areas to enjoy for your stay. 6 bedrooms at our resort with a central meeting space that is a historic church from 1909 designed by innovation and renowned architect IRVING GILL. He created the building that we renovated and now call "" The SANCTUARY"". All rental houses & event spaces are within our acre-wide resort.

The Space:
The Sanctuary is located within our Good Life Vacation Rental Resort, the largest and closest resort to Downtown San Diego, Convention center and SAN airport.

(1) Sanctuary - 4BR, 12 beds, 3 bathrooms. Ada access. 2200 sq. ft of well designed interior space including our massive 30 person live edge table. 2 wifi TVs for meetings. Desks and chairs.
(2) Sanctuary deck - Private 2500 sq foot deck, suitable for lounging or outdoor space for events with catering and food truck access. (upgrade: invite outside guests and host and event)
(3) ACCESS to Good Life Event Spaces: Enjoy unbooked social experience spaces. Sometimes we host private events, the other spaces will be open for guests.

Guest Parking
You will have access to two private gated parking spots located at the back of our resort. Directions to this spot can be found in the 'Detailed Access Info' section of your guest area. All other vehicles must use the street parking available along Market Street at the front of the resort.
