A 6 metre long stone bench top, huge island bench with seating for ten guests, a large fridge/ freezer with ice /water dispenser, ILVE oven with induction hotplates, Bosch dishwasher, wine fridge and Expobar coffee machine.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large stone top dining table with seating for 10 guests and a beautiful lounge room with comfortable leather lounges and large smart tv.
Accessed via the lounge is a semi-covered deck with glass balustrading and has lovely views of the river and surrounding suburb.
Rise House offers four large bedrooms, 2 with ensuites. All bedrooms include large smart tv, wardrobe, electric blanket, bedside tables with lamps.
The second living room has leather lounges, large smart tv with PlayStation 4, Wii U and a sit down cocktail arcade machine with 60 games.
The main bathroom has a separate large shower, bath, heated towel rack and large vanity with stone top and twin hand basins.
