Positive: The property is nice and located in NorthStar ski resort complex.
Negative: The property was not cleaned after the previous renter when we arrived, so we contacted the host. We first sent a text message but received no response. We then called and had to wait nearly an hour before someone answered and contacted the local team. Eventually, the cleaners arrived and cleaned the house. However, because the cleaning was rushed, some dishes were still not properly cleaned. On a positive note, the host acted responsibly and compensated us for the cleaning fee, which we greatly appreciated.
