We are located just 10 minutes from Downtown Blairsville. Surrounded by mature trees. It is secluded, yet very close to Blairsville and all the amenities the mountain town has to offer.
The cabin is located adjacent to over 100,000 acres of national forest land and the neighborhood is safe. Nearby attractions include:

No parties or events allowed โ defined as having more than double the number of registered guests in the cottage at any given time.
No smoking allowed anywhere on the property premise.
No unregistered guests allowed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
No open fire of any kind indoors- lighters, candles, matches etc.
No glitter or confetti.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises at any time.
Please keep the windows and doors closed at all times.
Please keep A/C the temperature set between 65 to 84 degrees.
Please donโt rearrange the furniture.
Please respect the City noise curfew. Noise from any amplified sound system shall not be audible after 11:30 p.m.
Any issues with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the Manager. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Only 2 pets under 50 lbs are allowed per reservation.

Please don't flush anything but toilet paper.
Please use makeup removing towels instead of white wash clothes to remove makeup.

Please donโt leave cooking food unattended.
