Need a break from the hustle and bustle of life? Take a step back to our "just off the beaten path" short term rental. Over 1500 sq,ft, of comfort of farmhouse charm in the lower level of our home, You will have the benefit of a spacious family room/ kitchen, two bedrooms one with a king size bed the other with a queen size bed and one full bath that includes a washer/dryer unit. you can relax in the binzebo with your favorite beverage or roast hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. If the weather is not in your favor, you can relax in front of the TV or enjoy puzzles, and family games in front of the electric fireplace. We are located just outside Hamilton, Illinois, directly across from Western Illinois Thresher grounds. We are two miles from the mighty Mississippi River , 13 miles from Carthage, Illinois and 11 miles from Nauvoo, Illinois. In the fall we are 20 minutes from Adams County Illinois which boasts some of the finest Whitetail deer hunting as well. We currently are not set up for events on our property. There is a security cameras on the back door . Self check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 11am. There is a private drive and entrance for STR, and no shared space with homeowners.
