OUTDOOR OASIS: Attractive and functional outdoor living with meticulously designed landscape and furniture features a 10 x 20 heated saltwater pool with plenty of seating and outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, side tables, BBQ, and pool toys.

KITCHEN: Fully Equipped Kitchen with 3 Counter Stools at the kitchen bar, Refrigerator, Wine Cooler, 4 Burner Electric Stove, Dishwasher (Provided detergent for guests, Microwave and all you need to cook including Cookware, Inside and Outdoor Dinnerware and Glassware, Cooking Utensils, Keurig, Coffee Maker, Tea Kettle, Blender and basic cleaning supplies.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Brand new LG Washer and Dryer; BBQ with Propane.
We partner with PARADISE EVERYTHING BOATING to arrange custom private boat and yacht charters. Ask Martin to help coordinate an unforgettable time on the water with family, friends or business outings.
