Positive: Niki is a very welcoming host and makes sure you have everything you need. She also had prepared some cute welcoming gifts and she has some suggestions for little trips and activities in the area. We were very pleased to meet her in person at the end of our stay. The apartment itself is brand-new and very clean; it’s comfortable and nicely decorated. We immediately felt at home. It is also incredibly quiet, especially at night, and the mattress is very comfortable. The apartment and the kitchen in particular are extremely well-equipped. (To give you an idea: there is a coffee maker, an Espresso maker, a French press, a kettle and a tea maker. So everyone should be able to find something they like.) Niki even provides beach towels. There is a huge garden area and you can enjoy sitting on the terrace or something like a sunbed. And you can park your car on-site. To us, the location of the apartment was perfect. It is less than a five-minute walk from the beach or the restaurants / supermarket / bakery / shops in Kalamaki, which we loved very much because of its calmness and its relaxing atmosphere.
Summary: We usually never go back to an apartment twice. We might make an exception for this one ;)
