Every room overlooks the city/sea and connects to a private terrace (100m2) accessible throughout the whole apartment. Spacious living room (30m2) with ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the beach and the whole city of Barcelona with large sofa and dinning table. Sunny terrace (100m2) with table and lounge chairs and outside sofa. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining table overlooking the sea . 3 Complete marble bathrooms (two bathrooms with bathtubs and one with shower). 5 Double bedrooms: one en-suite with large double bed, four with two individual beds that can be prepared as one large bed. In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Security guard 24 hours a day.
