The SMALL sea view apartment located on the third floor (no lift), recently built (June 2013) is characterized by a unique style, with modern and well kept interiors. The apartment is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 meters from the beach and the centre. The apartment has a large veranda equipped with table and chairs, where you can relax in complete serenity and enjoy meals in the shade. It also has a spacious and bright living room kitchen, equipped with a 32'' LED TV and sofa with large windows. The view of the sea and the city makes the apartment one of a kind. The kitchenette is complete with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom, living room/kitchen and sofa bed in the living room + bathroom with shower cubicle. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. This accommodation is recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the chaos of the city, but very close to the center and the beaches of Marina di Ragusa. It is ideal for a beach holiday with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing stay, in a refined residential area and with the comforts of a super equipped apartment. The main supermarket in Marina di Ragusa is in the suburban area and is about 1.5 km away, so a car is recommended (even if they still go on foot in some cases)
You can reach the centre, bars and the beach in 5 minutes on foot. The areas of attraction, throughout the Val di Noto, can be reached by car. It is possible to take buses to destinations such as Punta Secca, Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla.
