This 2 bedroom, air-conditioned, large apartment (1200 ftยฒ /110 mยฒ) is located in the village of Britannia Beach, only 45 minutes driving distance away from downtown Vancouver. Stay close to everything what the city of Vancouver has to offer, while enjoying the peacefulness and serenity of suburban living and outdoor activities of the Vancouver coast.
The apartment includes spacious dining and living area, with a superb view of the Howe Sound and the mountain at the other side of the water. As a bonus, you can bask in the sun at the outside deck, or even have your all meals there. Both bedrooms have their own, separate full washrooms. Sleeping arrangement is for 6 people.

You will be living in a vintage, air-conditioned, house in a quiet and charming neighbourhood at about 50% discount of the prices of the Vancouver metropolis.
NOTE: Out of the respect for the neighbours, to make sure that no wild parties are taking place, the manager of the house stays in the attic of the house (separate entry) during all rentals.
