Summary: The apartment is quite comfortable and very well located, with nice views of the water. The AC came in handy in the summer (though the small bedroom with two single beds doesn't have AC). The intercom to let people in the building stopped working partway through our stay. The lock to the building broke our second to last day. We banded together with others in the building to keep the door from closing all the way so we could all get in and out. All in all it was a pleasant stay, but with a few hassles.
