* The outdoor rooftop area is fully fenced and consists of a private heated swimming pool 9m x 4m, 2 Hot Tubs, Sauna, 10 deck chairs, 3 sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and from this area, you have a panoramic view of the seaside, islands and you can watch amazing sunsets.
* Outdoor staircase takes you below to the 3rd floor where you have an outdoor dining area for 12 people with a barbecue (gas) and a laundry room next to it. The main entrance takes you inside to the first living and dining room and offers; a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, A/C, sofa, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for your culinary expertise, a dining area, and from each corner you have amazing sea views because of the floor to ceiling glass walls. There is also a separate family bathroom with a shower.
* Internal staircase takes you down to the 2nd floor with 4 bedrooms.
