Positive: Beautiful customly-designed tiny house in a really secluded, absolutely quiet space, without road or any other noises. Only nature. That's a really rare find. Then, fully stocked kitchen (I mean it, not just the basics but pretty much anything, including pellet smoker, gas BBQ, gas stovetop, all the types of coffee/tee equipment, a collection of spices and pantry items, and so on). Even being in the outback, it's not frugal at all – very good bed, hot shower, chimney, sunlounges, and pretty much everything to feel cozy and comfortable. Sauna, bushwalking trail, magnificent night sky – tick. No wifi and phone reception (so still available near the hosts' house for emergencies) – so full digital detox. And I can't praise the hosts more for their kindness and true willingness to make your stay exceptional. IMPORTANT: don't believe the old maps, all roads are sealed. There's only short ~10km gravel strip to the property but very well maintained and very easily passable by a 2WD car. Just pay attention to the potholes on the roads and wild animals, both aplenty :). You can also take a picturesque and SEALED Glen Alice Rd (again, treacherous potholes but very nice otherwise, just don't turn to Hayes Gap shortcut).
