The home is located in a relatively new neighborhood called Sunrise Terrace. The neighborhood is predominantly residential, with a mix of single-family homes and townhouses. Sunrise Terrace is located in a convenient location, close to shopping, dining, and recreation. The neighborhood is also close to Interstate 95, making it easy to commute to other parts of Florida.
You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.

Mandatory house rules:
1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation
2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 5 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.
3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am
4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
